Please verify that your DEA registration is current. This is not renewed through the Board, and your registration date varies based on when it was issued by the DEA. An active DEA registration is required to maintain a valid state-controlled substance permit. The PDMP database audits your DEA registration and state permit monthly – don’t let it lapse. Also, please remember to register with the PDMP as it is required of all dentists.
